You Are Talented and Unique

I just want you to know that you are talented and unique. Most of the world will tell you otherwise, so I thought you should know. I hope that that will raise your hopes so that you can see a bright future ahead of you. I hope that it helps to refute the lies that society tells you. I hope it will help you see happiness and joy in your reach.

Something to know is that you should just be yourself. It doesn’t matter what they say, just be you. Society tells you to be rich, be popular, be trendy, and be perfect, but you just need to be you. God loves you the way you are.

“For God so loved the world he gave his one and only son, so that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but will have eternal life” (John 3:16 NIV)

It doesn’t say for God so loved the popular, or for God so loved the rich, or for God so loved the trendy, but for God so loved the world.

“Give thanks to the God of heaven, His love endures forever” (Psalms 136:26 NIV).

And his love is forever. It doesn’t stop when you stop being popular. It is forever. And Jesus loves you too.

When Jesus came, He wasn’t a king, or noble, or rich, or popular; He was a baby. He grew up an out-cast. And then He died on a cross, brought our sins to hell, and rose from hell three days later. He rose to reassure us and to make sure we understood we are perfect the way we are.

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).

Jesus Christ died for us. He didn’t care that we were sinners; He just did it anyway, because He loves us just the way we are. We can be poor. We can be unpopular or outcasts. We can go against the flow and against the trend. And for Him, we are still perfect. We may have been born sinners, but we still can dedicate ourselves to him.

We are made in God’s image, how we are, how our personality goes, not how people say our personality should go. Another thing to consider is that the bible says this;

“Yes, the Lord is for me; he will help me” (Psalm 118:7). “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in people” (Psalm 119:9).

Remember those two verses next time you hear a lie. Next time that you’re told that you’re flawed and imperfect. Next time someone says you need to change, do this, do that. You can stand up for yourself and say no; say you are perfect the way you are. Tell them that they are wrong, and God made you the way He wants you to be.

I hope that these words were able to help change your life, and help you out. Thank you for having the patience to read what I have written for you. May the Lord God bless you.
